We Can Help You and Your Family

If you have been injured due to another person's fault, you are generally entitled to compensation for your pain and suffering, medical bills, lost wages, scarring (if any), permanent impairments (if any), etc. In order to obtain this compensation, a claim must be made against the other person or the other person's insurance company.

If the other driver does not have insurance or does not have adequate insurance to cover your losses, then it may also be appropriate for you to file a claim with your own insurance company for uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits. Whether you can file an underinsured motorist claim depends upon the language of your policy.

If the driver was working at the time of the wreck, a claim may be possible against his employer and/or his employer's insurance carrier. There are several potential sources of recovery including a product liability claim against the manufacturer of your car if, for instance, the airbags in your vehicle failed to deploy as designed. Or, maybe the other driver was served too much alcohol at a bar or restaurant before the accident. If so, then the bar or restaurant may also be responsible under a liquor liability theory.

Each possible source of recovery needs to be investigated and analyzed fully. Without the help of an experienced lawyer, it can be an exhausting and confusing process, and you could get less than you deserve.

If you or someone you love has been injured, let our experienced team of lawyers do the work for you and be your advocate to the insurance companies. We will help you get the maximum recovery possible from all potential sources while you concentrate on getting better and putting your life back together. Our successes speak for themselves: we have won millions of dollars for our satisfied clients and we can help you too.

Will I Have To Go To Court?

We understand almost no one wants to go to court. We also understand you may have medical bills piling up and you may be out of work. So, we are dedicated to resolving cases quickly, if at all possible. Sometimes however, the responsible parties deny they were at fault or contest the severity of your injuries. In those situations, a lawsuit must be filed in order to protect your rights and to ensure you get complete compensation. To learn more about the litigation process, click here.
