Will I Have To Go To Court?

This is a frequent question we are asked.  While most claims can be resolved without the necessity of litigation, on some occasions the case must go to court because the responsible party denies fault or denies the severity and extent of your injuries.  But, rest assured, you will be in good hands with John Day as he is certified as a civil trial specialist by The National Board of Trial Advocacy.
