Tennessee is one of the worst states for drunk driving, ranking 12th according to Forbes. A recent study reveals the awful truth: 26.75% of the fatal car accidents in the State of Tennessee are caused by drivers over the legal limit. And, according to the most recent data, despite decades of awareness campaigns, drunk driving fatalities in the United States have actually been increasing.
