Paulluvi Henley greatly enjoys being a passionate and empathetic advocate for clients in our personal injury cases, including motor vehicle, wrongful death, and medical negligence cases. She attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as an Articles Editor and 2L Writer for the Arizona Law Review journal. Paulluvi has an undergraduate background rooted in science that enables her to be a skillful advocate for her clients during their toughest times, given her advanced understanding of their injuries and medical causation issues.

Before moving to Tennessee to be closer to her husband’s family (and to escape the desert heat), Paulluvi worked as a litigation associate for a moderately sized law firm in Arizona for several years, focusing mainly on mainly on plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, negligence, along with some other litigation areas. There, she learned how fulfilling it was to help injured clients navigate a difficult legal system.

While in law school, she was a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, a law clerk for the Criminal Division of the Pima County Attorney’s Office, and a practicum student for the University of Arizona College of Law’s Wrongful Conviction Clinic (now The University of Arizona Innocence Project). Paulluvi was also involved in research while at law school (researching the constitutionality of Arizona’s death penalty) and as an undergraduate student (researching Parkinson’s disease therapies, spatial navigation and decision-making, and the effects of the legal system on families with children in foster care).

Paulluvi also received several law-school honors and CALI Awards. During her time as an undergraduate, Paulluvi won several academic awards and honors, and she was inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Society. As an undergraduate, Paulluvi volunteered at a hospital abroad in Kenya, where she was able to observe and participate in various medical procedures. For her honors undergraduate thesis, Paulluvi wrote a paper comparing the treatment of pre-eclampsia in Kenya and the United States.

In her free time, Paulluvi enjoys exploring the music scene and restaurants around Nashville, spending time outside with her husband and their two Australian Shepherds, and watching movies at home while cuddling with their two cats.
