Let Us Help You and Your Family

If you have been injured in a car wreck and someone else was at fault, you are generally entitled to compensation for your pain and suffering, medical bills, lost wages, loss of enjoyment of life, any permanent impairments, any scarring, etc. To seek compensation, a claim must be made against the other driver or his insurance company. If the other driver does not have insurance or does not have sufficient insurance to compensate you for your injuries, you may need to make a claim with your own insurance company for uninsured or underinsured motorist benefits. Whether you are entitled to these benefits depends upon the facts of your case and the language of your insurance policy.

A host of other claims may also be available. For example, if the other driver was driving someone else's vehicle, it may be possible to file a claim against the owner of the vehicle for negligent entrustment. If the other driving was on the job, it may be possible to file a claim against his employer. If your vehicle failed to perform as designed in the crash, a product liability claim may be possible against the manufacturer of your vehicle. If the other driver had been drinking, a liquor liability claim may be possible.

Experience Matters

Our experienced team can investigate your case and analyze all the potential sources of recovery. Rest assured, we know the law. John Day literally wrote the books on Tennessee injury law. . Courts frequently cite Mr. Day's book in their opinions and other lawyers rely upon them as well.

We also know the medical issues surrounding your injuries. We have a full-time nurse on staff to assist with the medical part of your case.

And, most importantly, we know how to win. We have recovered millions of dollars for our satisfied clients, and we want to help you too.

Will I Have To Go To Court?

We make every effort to settle your case without the necessity of litigation. But sometimes, the other side wants to dispute fault or the severity of your injuries and damages. If that happens, we may need to file a lawsuit. But, if we do, our goal is still the same: the most money reasonably possible in the shortest time possible.
