Why You Should Hire Us

These statistics demonstrate just how important it is to choose the right lawyer. Of course, you want an attorney who can get you the maximum compensation you deserve, and you also need an attorney who can resolve your case quickly -- instead of letting it linger for years and years. And if it does go to trial, you want a board certified trial lawyer like John Day and Joy Day.

When selecting an attorney, compare credentials and results. Ask important questions like:

  • Typically how long does it take for your office to resolve a case?
  • Do you charge your clients interest on case advances?
  • Do you require your clients to take out litigation loans?
  • What results have you achieved in similar cases?
  • Do you have a full-time nurse on staff to assist with medical issues?
  • What type of accolades and experience do you have?
