Will I Have To Go To Court?

Let's face it, no one really wants to go to court.  But sometimes, the at-fault party or the at-fault party's insurance company denies liability.  Or, they deny the severity of your injuries.  In those cases, we will not hesitate to take them to court to get you and your family the compensation you deserve.  To learn more about the litigation process, click here.

The following people serve as trial judges for the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court:

The 21st Judicial District has Local Rules of Court that can be found here. These rules govern various topics such as motion dates, setting cases for trial, pretrial procedure, etc.
