Burke Keaty is a lawyer who handles all types of injury cases, representing people who have been hurt or families of those who have died. He focuses on car wrecks, motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, and dangerous products. Burke also helps people and families resolve estate litigation matters, as well as businesses involved in contract disputes.

Burke currently serves as Chair of the Products Liability Committee for the Tennessee Association for Justice, and he is also a member of the Nashville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association.

Burke joined the firm as an associate in October 2008. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with honors in Finance in 2005 and from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Burke was a member of the mock trial team and also contributed case commentaries to the school’s business law journal.
